This is the second blog Martin Zabell has written in the past three days about the United States’ shameful health-care system. The first blog was titled “We’re No. 37” because the World Health Organization rates 36 nations’ systems as better than ours. This blog focuses on the fact that President Harry Truman attempted to change the system back in 1945.
